About US
Visual Identity Behind More Of Me
More of Me reflects the heart of the counselling process, a space for dialogue, discovery, and growth. The two chat bubbles, one in the background and one in the foreground, rest on a counselling chair to symbolize the dyadic nature of therapy.
Purple Chat Bubble
In the background, it represents the counsellor, a grounded and attuned presence that provides containment, empathy, and guidance. It reflects stability and support, offering a steady foundation for the client to explore and develop their emerging self.
Teal Chat Bubble
In the foreground, it carries the words More of Me! to represent the client’s voice, experience, and emerging sense of self. It reflects curiosity and self-expression, providing a space for the client to explore, understand, and grow into who they are becoming.
Yellow and Green letterings
More of Me! symbolizes vitality, energy, and awakening, the spark that comes from rediscovering one’s inner strength and authenticity. It embodies the moment when clients begin to see and feel that they can want more for themselves, live with intention, and take ownership of their growth.
Symbolism of Counselling
More of Me represents an invitation to engage in a relational and transformative process, where insight and understanding unfold through dialogue and reflection. It encourages exploration of one’s inner world, fostering growth, healing, and stepping into the person you are becoming.
ABOUT ME
About the Founder
Mr. Wee Sin Teck is currently a Senior Counsellor at a social service agency. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in diverse settings, including counselling services, medical social work, and family services. Coming from a non-profit background, counselling has been both his passion and life direction. He strives to create a space of authenticity and trust, where clients can safely explore their inner experiences and embrace more of themselves, being truly More of Me!
In his current role, he supervises counsellors and counselling trainees from tertiary institutions such as James Cook University (JCU) and ECTA, guiding their professional and personal development as future mental health practitioners. From his supervisory experience, he has also developed a new supervisory framework, the Reflective Weight Calibration Model (RWCM), which explores how principles of machine learning can illuminate supervision, reflection, and intuitive growth in counsellors.
Beyond his professional life, he is a father and husband. These roles that have deepened his empathy and understanding of human relationships. He often writes reflections on patterns and phenomena observed in daily life. From observing his children, he developed a relaxation technique called Reflex-Oriented Progressive Relaxation (ROPR), based on newborn reflexes and principles of muscle relaxation.

I had the privilege of being supervised by Wee Sin Teck during my counselling psychology internship practicum. Throughout this period, he provided a supportive and professionally grounded supervision experience that greatly contributed to my development as a trainee counsellor.

I started counselling during a rather anxiety-filled and confused time in my life, navigating new environments and dealing with my past. Through Sin Teck’s counselling, I now feel more accepting of my past experiences and have learnt to take things in my stride, feeling less lost and stressed about where my life is at now.

1 am very grateful for the supervision I received from Sin Teck during my counselling journey. He consistently held a safe and supportive space for me during supervision, allowing me to openly share the challenges I encountered in my work with clients. His approach was always non-judgemental, patient, and deeply attuned, which made it easier for me to reflect honestly and grow as a practitioner.

For a long time, I felt like I was carrying a heavy burden. It wasn't just one thing, but a general sense of being weighed down, unable to truly relax or feel in control of my emotions. One specific trigger was taking the train. The moment I'd walk onto a crowded platform or feel the doors close behind me, that familiar wave of panic and trapped feeling would hit. I knew I needed help to manage these feelings, not just to cope, but to genuinely feel lighter.

I had the privilege of being supervised by Wee Sin Teck for the past seven months. Supervision with him was a steady and supportive process. He was consistently patient and created a space where I felt safe to ask questions, voice doubts, and explore my cases openly. He made sure to check in and confirm that he had answered my questions clearly, which helped me feel understood and aligned with him. This made supervision feel secure, collaborative, and grounded.
